View at North Mill Pond Portsmouth

This view was started as a pencil sketch I did on downtime while at work. Looking northeast at North Mill pond, Market Street, the Portsmouth Port Authority and beyond are the boom cranes, water tower and buildings at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard across the river in Kittery, Maine.
