Biddeford Maine (Top) Jesus Returns To Heaven On A Harley After Visiting Earth (Bottom)

Biddeford is full of that old town feel. Nice old houses line the hilly streets and the church steeples pop up into the sky all around. As an artist you can find many horizontal as well as vertical elements that can be used in a composition...as well as the dynamic diagonal roof lines!
Jesus returns to heaven on a harley was a pretty random idea, actually I don't know how I got the idea to paint this...or why. After thinking about it I came to realize that if you believe in Jesus and the wonderful things that he did ... well.... why wouldn't he want to ascend back into heaven riding a harley...he can do anything he wants!
