I finally finished this view of Emerald City. I'm kidding... it is really Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. I started this back in late summer while waiting on a client I took to a nearby medical appointment. The road I took dead-ended close to the Portland Jetport runway, and up top the hill was Maine Medical Center. 4" x 7" Watercolor
