Summer Garden

Bill Guffey took us to Fairbanks, Alaska to paint this months Virtual Challenge. I'm glad Google photographed here during the summertime...I guess the winters are pretty brutal.
This scene looks as if it may be anywhere in the continental states. I guess Fairbanks has a mild summer judging by this flourishing garden!
The purple building on the left and the fence point the way to the center of interest. (red and yellow houses) The light blue house on the right acts as a barrier to help keep your focus on the center of interest.
Oil Paint on stretched canvas 8 x 10"  $75.00

What a lovely yard and oh so beautiful piece. You always do such exquisite landscapes, Den.

This is really a nice landscape. Like how you handled that blue house on the side.
